About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 22 regarding the procurement of IntelliVue MX450 patient monitors with rolling stands. The RFI serves as a sources sought notice to identify potential vendors capable of supplying this medical equipment and to gather market information prior to formal solicitation (Solicitation Number 36C26226Q1392). The document seeks information from manufacturers and authorized distributors of the Philips IntelliVue MX450 monitoring system, which is a vital signs monitor used in clinical settings for continuous patient monitoring and data management. Respondents should provide company qualifications, technical specifications of their products, pricing information, delivery capabilities, warranty terms, and any customization or integration services available.
The RFI is part of a pre-solicitation phase for the Veterans Integrated Service Network 22, indicating that a formal solicitation will follow after market research is completed. Interested vendors are expected to respond with detailed information about their ability to supply the IntelliVue MX450 monitors and rolling stands, including lead times, volume discounts, technical support, training capabilities, and compliance with federal and VA requirements. This sources sought notice allows the VA to evaluate vendor capabilities and market availability before releasing a competitive solicitation, ensuring that the formal request for proposals will be structured appropriately for market conditions and vendor capabilities.
