To enhance its data-driven decision-making capabilities, the FirstNet Authority is exploring the continued -

Validate and analyze carrier-provided network, cybersecurity and possibly crowdsourced data Predict performance trends and identify impairments Benchmark network quality against commercial carriers Integrate geospatial datasets (e.g., FCC coverage maps, GIS layers) Ensure compliance with privacy and cybersecurity standards

Objectives of this RFI

The FirstNet Authority currently operates an existing data analytics platform (i.e., Microsoft Azure database and Palantir Foundry) leveraging AI and correlation capabilities that support network performance analytics, data verification and validation, and oversight workflows. This platform includes Government owned data integrations, analytic workflows, and user-facing applications in active use. The Government seeks information from industry to understand how commercially available, FedRAMP Moderate compliant solutions would support sustainment, transition, reuse, and enhancement of existing capabilities, while minimizing operational disruption and technical risk.

The FirstNet Authority seeks to understand:

Commercially available, FEDRAMP Moderate compliant AI solutions applicable to network analytics Technical capabilities, scalability, and integration options to include various licensing and integration support structures Informal/Market research pricing for available solutions consistent with the Draft Performance Work Statement Novel approaches to transforming large-scale mobile data into actionable insights Data privacy, security, and compliance features Solution implementation timelines and cost models Industry best practices and innovative approaches Approaches for transitioning from an existing operational analytics environment, including reuse of Government owned data, analytics, and workflows
