About this file

This is a Request for Information (RFI) document regarding examination tables for the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 22. The RFI seeks information from potential vendors about the availability, specifications, and capabilities of examination tables that could meet VA healthcare facility requirements. The document serves as a pre-solicitation tool to gather market research and identify qualified suppliers before issuing a formal solicitation for the procurement of these medical examination tables.

The RFI is designed to inform vendors of the VA's potential need for examination tables and to collect data on product offerings, technical specifications, lead times, pricing structures, and vendor capabilities. This pre-solicitation phase allows the VA to understand the current market landscape and available solutions before developing final procurement requirements. Interested vendors should respond with detailed information about their examination table products, including dimensions, materials, features, manufacturing capabilities, and commercial terms to assist the VA in making informed decisions for the subsequent formal solicitation process.
