About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 22 regarding an enterprise surgical exam table procurement. The RFI seeks information from potential vendors regarding the availability, specifications, and capabilities of surgical examination tables suitable for VA medical facilities. This pre-solicitation document is designed to gather market research and vendor responses prior to formal solicitation, with the eventual procurement anticipated for a STERIS 4095 Surgical Table operating on 120V power.
The RFI solicitation number is 36C26226Q1183, and interested vendors are invited to provide detailed information about their products, including technical specifications, pricing models, delivery timelines, and any applicable warranty or maintenance options. Responses to this RFI will inform the development of the formal Request for Proposals and help establish baseline requirements for the surgical table equipment. While specific response deadlines and award dates are not detailed in the available information, vendors should anticipate that favorable responses may lead to invitation to bid in a subsequent formal solicitation. No specific contract vehicle, set-asides, or pricing terms are specified in this pre-solicitation phase.
