The RFI targets advanced weapon reprogramming and communication technologies, specifically requiring demonstrated experience with OMS designs, UCI message communications, aircraft-weapon interfaces, and the Rapid Dragon delivery system. Respondents must detail their capabilities in areas such as on-the-wing software reprogramming, weapon-to-weapon communications, and integration of SMS hardware for 5th and 6th generation aircraft.

Key submission requirements include a 10-page white paper demonstrating technical capabilities, with responses due by 3:00 PM CST on 21 May 2025. Interested businesses must submit a five-page capabilities statement package that includes company details, security clearance information, and specific technical experience. The applicable NAICS codes are 541511 and 541330, with Product Service Codes 1427 and 1420.
