All items must be manufactured by Binding Site Laboratories with no substitutions permitted. Free Kappa and Lambda reagent kits must contain calibrators, controls, and liquid latex reagent for 100 assays with three-month stability at 2-8°C; Ceruloplasmin kits must contain components for 50 assays with specified stability periods.
Responses must be submitted via email to Carlos.Magana@va.gov by 9:00 AM PST on September 7, 2026, and should include company information, business size classification, manufacturer or distributor status, and capabilities addressing salient characteristics. Respondents must be authorized resellers, distributors, or dealers of the original equipment manufacturer with verification documentation.
