2. SCOPE OF WORK

The Contractor shall provide a mailer collection kit service for Veterans within the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) at various regional units across the enterprise. The Contractor will use various means of telecommunications and print media to inform Veterans of necessary testing, instructions for proper collection, and mailing collection kits for testing of an indefinite number of Veterans annually, but an estimated range of 100,000 to 700,000.
