Responses must include company details, technical capabilities, experience with automation, NIST security controls, continuous integration/delivery solutions, and ability to meet set-aside requirements. The RFI emphasizes that only certified SDVOSB/VOSB firms in the SBA database should respond, with a requirement that no more than 50% of contract value can be subcontracted to non-certified firms. This RFI is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a formal solicitation or guarantee of contract award.
