About this file

This is a Request for Information (RFI) and Sources Sought issued by the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) for IA Facilities Management System (IA-FMS) Support for DFMC. The RFI seeks to gather market research on potential vendors' capabilities for geospatial and IT-related services, with a response submission deadline of 06/02/2025. Interested companies are asked to provide detailed information including company background, capabilities, prior experience with federal government contracts, and responses to specific questions about geospatial support, stakeholder engagement, enterprise-wide system management, and technology adaptation.

Respondents must submit a 10-page response via email to the BIA Contracting Officer, Nancy Shah, with contact details and examples of relevant work. The document emphasizes that this is a market research effort only and does not guarantee a future contract solicitation. Companies are encouraged to submit their experience with geospatial support, enterprise application lifecycle management, and examples of scaling resources to meet stakeholder needs. The RFI specifically seeks insights into the company's approach to supporting geospatial technologies, creating authorization to operate (ATO) systems, and managing enterprise-wide platforms.
