About this file
This document is a Market Research Survey related to a federal contract opportunity for Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) at Pacific Northwest (PNW) ports, issued by the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM).
The key details are:
The survey seeks information from companies capable of providing S&RTS at PNW ports, including their ability to perform all required services, meet minimum productivity levels, and comply with local labor laws and regulations. It requests project/contract information for similar prior efforts, the time required to be operational, and any barriers to entry or concerns about doing business with the government. The survey also confirms the requirement for the company to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
The related federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation for S&RTS at PNW ports, covering the full spectrum of cargo management services. The effort aims to ensure "Safety, Efficiency, and Customer Service" for Defense Transportation System (DTS) sponsored and non-sponsored cargo transiting through the PNW.
