About this file

This is a Request for Information (RFI) from the U.S. Army seeking industry solutions for an Army Modernization Protection (AMP) prototype system designed to enhance supply chain security and intelligence capabilities. The RFI is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment to award a contract. Responses are not offers and cannot be accepted to form a binding contract, and the Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred.

The Army seeks a prototype system that aggregates and analyzes threat intelligence from diverse sources including traditional, social, and dark web domains to detect supply chain vulnerabilities, foreign influence, and emerging threats. Key capabilities required include real-time alerts and reporting, dark web monitoring, supply chain risk management, security posture grading, predictive analytics for proactive risk management, and a secure collaborative environment for data sharing with trusted partners. The system must deliver timely, relevant reporting and dashboards to Army acquisition and cybersecurity leaders and support secure communication and data transfer with Army infrastructure. Industry responses should address seven specific questions covering existing solutions, threat intelligence aggregation methods, AI and analytics capabilities, security and collaboration approaches, integration of multiple commercial threat intelligence vendors, government and defense customer experience, and estimated timeline and budget for a one-year pilot deployment. Responses must include a capability statement with past performance and technical approach, be submitted in unclassified PDF format with company name, point of contact, and NAICS code, and are due to Contract Specialist Nekeya Sanders (nekeya.r.sanders.civ@army.mil) or Contracting Officer Lindsay Vierheller (Lindsay.m.vierheller.civ@army.mil) no later than May 13, 2026.

Request for Information (RFI): Army Modernization Protection (AMP) Supply Chain Intelligence Prototype

Title

Army Modernization Protection (AMP): Prototype for Actionable Supply Chain Intelligence and Supplier Monitoring

This RFI is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. Responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI.

Description / Statement of Need

The U.S. Army’s modernization and acquisition programs face increasing risks from global supply chain vulnerabilities and a rapidly evolving cyber threat landscape. Adversaries exploit these weaknesses, introduce foreign influence, and use open-source and dark web channels to compromise suppliers, undermining program security, readiness, and operational advantage.

Currently, Army acquisition leaders lack:

• Real-time, actionable insights into supply chain risks from open-source and commercial intelligence.

• Integrated tools for continuous supplier monitoring, threat detection, and risk analysis at an unclassified level.

• Predictive analytics to enable proactive, not just reactive, risk management.

• A secure, collaborative environment for testing and fielding next-generation supply chain intelligence capabilities.

Critical Need:

The Army seeks information from industry regarding a prototype system that can:

• Aggregate and analyze threat intelligence from diverse sources, including traditional, social, and dark web domains.

• Apply advanced AI and analytics to detect supply chain vulnerabilities, foreign influence, and emerging threats.

• Deliver timely, relevant reporting and dashboards to Army acquisition and cybersecurity leaders to inform risk-based decisions.

• Support secure communication, collaboration, and data transfer with trusted industry partners and Army infrastructure.

Objectives

• Modernize supply chain security approach.

• Reduce program risk.

• Maintain technological and operational superiority.

Key Capabilities Sought

• Real-time alerts and reporting.

• Dark web monitoring.

• Supply chain risk management.

• Security posture grading.

• Predictive analytics for proactive risk management.

• Secure, collaborative environment for data sharing.

Questions for Industry

1. What existing solutions or prototypes address the above requirements?

2. How do your tools aggregate and analyze threat intelligence from open-source, social, and dark web domains?

3. What AI and analytics capabilities do you offer for supply chain risk detection and predictive analysis?

4. How do you ensure secure communication and collaboration with Army and industry partners?

5. What are your approaches to integrating multiple commercial threat intelligence vendors?

6. What is your experience with delivering real-time, actionable supply chain intelligence to government or defense customers?

7. What is the estimated timeline and budget for a one-year pilot deployment?

Instructions for Response

• Please provide a capability statement addressing the questions above.

• Include relevant past performance, technical approach, and any available product literature.

• Responses should be unclassified and submitted in PDF format.

• Please include your company name, point of contact, and NAICS code.
