About this file
This document is a Sources Sought Notice from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeking 15 unreserved parking spaces within a one-block radius of 55 Elk Street in Albany, NY. The VA's Office of Information and Technology Space and Facilities Management requires a parking facility that meets specific accessibility criteria, including a maximum 5% running slope to comply with ADA requirements. The notice requests potential contractors to submit information about their capabilities, including details about their parking facility type, security monitoring, parking lot attendant availability, and experience with government contracts.
Interested vendors are instructed to provide a cover sheet with organizational details, a capabilities statement, and respond to 12 specific questions about their parking facility and contracting experience. Submissions must be emailed to three VA contacts: Paul Reyes, Brandi Luna, and Thomas Evans. The notice emphasizes that this is not a formal solicitation, but a market research effort to gather information for future procurement planning. Vendors are asked to specify their business size, veteran-owned status, and potential contract vehicle availability (such as GSA or NASA SEWP contracts).
