About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) from the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center seeking contractors capable of providing Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for the AC-130J Precision Strike Package (PSP). The PSP is a ground attack platform incorporating GPS Mission Operator Pallet, Gun Weapon System, precision guided munitions, communications systems, and EO/IR sensors. The Government does not own technical data for the PSP due to its constant evolution and seeks contractors who can provide maintenance, repair, and software sustainment despite this limitation.
The anticipated contract will be for 7 years (base plus 6 option years) through FY33, requiring contractors to maintain a 90% operational availability rate at multiple locations including Cannon AFB, Kirtland AFB, Hurlburt Field AFB, Robins AFB, and NSWC Dahlgren. Key requirements include O-level maintenance, troubleshooting, GFE management, software sustainment, and training support. The NAICS code is 488190. Responses to the capability survey are due within 15 days of posting. Contractors must detail their experience with classified materials, overseas operations, quality assurance processes, repair capabilities, and approach to handling the absence of technical data. The opportunity is currently in pre-solicitation phase and participation in the RFI does not guarantee selection for future solicitations.
