About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) through its Regional Office in Eastern and Southern Caribbean (ESC) to solicit information and potential interest from organizations for strengthening regional programming and innovation through locally-led development and partnerships.

USAID/ESC seeks to identify high capacity, credible organizations registered in CARICOM countries that have successfully operated in two or more ESC countries in one or more sectors of interest, such as communications, climate adaptation, food security, economic growth, and workforce development. The RFI outlines specific criteria for eligible organizations, including financial and managerial capability, history of collaborative partnerships, and evidence of impact. Responses to this RFI will be used by USAID without restriction or limitation and will not provide any advantage in any subsequent procurement. The RFI does not constitute an award commitment, and USAID will not provide answers to anything submitted in response.
