About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) from the AFLCMC HBB/ULI PMO related to the procurement of approximately 44 Targeting Application Workstation (TAW) systems and 16 Pluraview 3D monitors approved by the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) for a specific configuration. The RFI is seeking industry feedback on procurement methods, timing, and cost for these items. The Government plans to restrict competition for this requirement due to the NGA's constraint to procure the only approved passive monitor system. Respondents are requested to provide a white paper addressing company overview, technical question responses, delivery timelines, pricing, and volume discounts. Responses are due by September 23, 2024. The anticipated contract award is planned for as early as September 2024 under a firm-fixed-price contract. The requirement specifies that the TAW systems and monitors must be Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliant, meet DODI policy for use in a classified network, and comply with DFARS requirements for IUID and property accountability reporting.
