About this file

This document is a Sources Sought notice from Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL), a national Department of Energy laboratory, seeking information on mass upload tools for Oracle Fusion. PPPL is looking for technical solutions to improve data uploading capabilities, specifically seeking more efficient tools for uploading large volumes of data from Excel into Oracle Fusion, as current tools are cumbersome and require multiple files to upload a single object. The laboratory is soliciting capability statements from all business types, including Large Businesses, Small Businesses, and Historically Black Colleges and Universities/Minority Institutions, with potential for small business set-asides depending on responses.

Interested firms must submit a Capabilities and Qualifications Statement by 4:30 pm EST on January 15, 2026, to Cheryl Colan via email. The statement must include detailed information about the firm's experience with mass uploads in specific subject areas such as Assets (additions, transfers, updates, attachments), Inventory (item changes, cycle count), and other areas like Locations, Purchase Orders, Requisitions, and Agreements. Additional requirements include providing the firm's name, address, business size, socioeconomic status, and affiliate information. The notice emphasizes that this is for planning purposes only and does not guarantee a contractual commitment, with any future solicitation to be posted on SAM.gov.
