The document emphasizes that this is a market research initiative, with responses to be submitted through BidNet and the Colorado Vendor Self Service (VSS) platform. Vendors are encouraged to provide concise yet comprehensive responses, including relevant technical documentation, brochures, and white papers. The RFI allows for potential product demonstrations, with interested vendors required to submit information through a specified Google form. All submitted materials will become the property of the state, and while confidentiality is initially maintained, responses may become subject to public inspection after a subsequent solicitation or if the state decides not to pursue further procurement.
