About this file
This document is an addendum to a Request for Proposal (RFB) issued by the Douglas County Parks Department in Oregon for a North Douglas County Feasibility Study. The addendum clarifies that while the proposal must include a regional inventory of existing off-highway vehicle (OHV) recreation areas, a report on the regional demand for such recreation, a detailed map of the proposed OHV park, and a financial review of the proposed park, these deliverables are not required to be submitted with the proposal due next week. Instead, the successful proposer will be expected to include these elements as part of the feasibility study.
The RFB seeks a contractor to conduct a feasibility study for a proposed OHV park on the subject property. The study should address the regional demand, map the proposed park, and provide a financial review of the development and operational costs. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum by signing and returning the document along with their proposal, as failure to do so may result in bid rejection.
