About this file
This document is a Company Registration Form for Radford Army Ammunition Plant (RFAAP) Industry Day #5, scheduled for September 16-17, 2025. The event, hosted by Army Contracting Command - Rock Island, Project Lead Joint Services, and Joint Munitions Command, will include facility tours and one-on-one sessions focused on a planned competition for propellant production and RFAAP operations. Participants must complete and submit both Company and Individual Registration Forms to Anna Whitcomb, Amanda Carlson, and Derek Rooks by noon Central Time on September 01, 2025, with each participant's attendance requiring prior USG approval.
The registration form includes provisions for company details, business size, meeting preferences, and foreign subcontractor access requirements. Notably, the competition is limited to companies within the U.S., its outlying areas, and Canada, with strict data handling restrictions. Participants must adhere to guidelines regarding technical data sharing, with specific requirements for foreign subcontractors, including obtaining an approved export license and Technology Transfer Agreement. The government intends to release attendee information to facilitate subcontracting and teaming arrangements, subject to participant authorization.
