Revised Market Basket.xlsx

This is a Revised Market Basket file containing a comprehensive list of National Item Identification Numbers (NIINs) and corresponding part numbers for AH64/CH47 aircraft components and supplies. The document lists approximately 1,000 line items with their associated NSNs and manufacturer part numbers, representing the inventory of components and materials required for support of Apache (AH64) and Chinook (CH47) helicopters under the Boeing Captains of Industry (BCOI) Contract.

The market basket encompasses a diverse range of aircraft parts including avionics components, hydraulic systems, fasteners, electrical assemblies, structural components, bearings, filters, switches, connectors, and various other mechanical and electrical items commonly used in rotary-wing aircraft maintenance and manufacturing. This inventory baseline serves as the foundation for the DLA Aviation Philadelphia Sources Sought Notice (SPRPA1-26-R-UL02), which indicates the Government is seeking eligible contractors to manufacture or furnish these specified items. The Government does not possess the data necessary to perform the required manufacture internally and is soliciting interested contractors to submit capability statements within 15 days of publication. Source approval may be required, and only approved sources will receive solicitation documents. The Government reserves the right to award to a single source or limited number of responsible sources under FAR 6.302-1 authority without conducting full and open competition.
