Services include preventative maintenance, scheduled servicing, unscheduled and emergency corrective repairs, and authorized OEM modifications. Critical requirements include mandatory annual load testing of all tripod and box jacks (105% to 110% capacity) with certification provided within five business days, sling certification and load testing, monthly and annual overhead hoist crane inspections with documented findings, and EPA Section 609 technician certification for personnel servicing ECS carts. All repairs must use OEM or OEM-approved equivalent parts only, and components repaired at depot facilities must be returned FOB Destination.
