About this file
This document is an Addendum to the Invitation to Bid for the LMIG Project #2024-06-19 Asphalt Milling, Resurfacing and Striping City Streets in Calhoun, Georgia issued by the City of Calhoun. The addendum provides clarification on the project requirements, including that the asphalt must be 1.5 inches thick and the existing striping must be replaced. The contract will be a lump sum bid, and no milling is required. The contractor can use either Group 1 or Group 2 asphalt, and the striping must match the existing. Work hours are to be included in the bid document.
The pricing sheet, Attachment D, is blank, and the City indicates they will need to discuss how the bids will be evaluated. The addendum states that all other terms and conditions remain unchanged, and bidders must acknowledge receipt of the addendum on the bid form. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and award the contract based on the highest and best interest of the City.
