About this file
This is a retiree bulletin document prepared by the State of Michigan for October 2026. The bulletin serves as an informational resource for state retirees, providing updates and notices relevant to individuals who have retired from Michigan state employment. The document is formatted as a periodic communication rather than a traditional procurement or contract opportunity, indicating it functions as an administrative publication disseminating information to a defined audience of retired state employees.
The bulletin contains announcements, policy updates, benefit information, and other administrative guidance intended to keep retirees informed about matters affecting their retirement status, benefits, and any changes to programs or procedures administered by the State of Michigan. As a retiree communication document, it does not contain traditional contract elements such as pricing terms, response deadlines, site visits, or award dates. Instead, it serves as a notification and informational tool for the retirement community served by Michigan state government.
