About this file
This document is a Statement of Need (SON) from the 9th Reconnaissance Wing at Beale Air Force Base for a temporary bathroom trailer. The Air Force Combat Ammunition Course currently uses a single restroom for both genders in building 1319 and requires a 12-month rental of a trailer-mounted restroom to address facility limitations. The specific requirements include a 2-station temporary restroom trailer with separate facilities for each gender, featuring individual locks, sinks, mirrors, showers, toilets, and overhead lighting. The trailer must have a 120v/20amp electrical connection with a 100-foot power cord extension, self-contained waste and potable water tanks, and weekly waste tank emptying. The contractor must deliver the trailer as soon as possible after award, coordinating delivery at least two weeks in advance, and remove the trailer within 30 days of the lease ending.
