RFP # 23RFP8615 Underwater Inspections of Statewide Structures, Responses to CONSULTANT
Questions:
1. The RFP mentions providing a “triangulated surface of the channel for a minimum of 200’ from the structure’s facia upstream and downstream” for each structure. Is this a contour map of the channel bottom, bathymetric survey type deliverable or something different? Can you provide an example of what you are looking for? Answer: A contour map of the channel bottom will satisfy this requirement.
2. For the bluebeam revu sessions, will we be uploading each individual report PDF as individual files or grouping them in batches for uploading? Answer: We can batch upload PDF’s for review per owner per timeframe. When batch loading multiple structures in a single PDF identifying structure numbers, facility and feature intersecting will be essential in the header or footer all which are typical in a good report.
3. Can 11x17 pages be used for our schedule or larger graphics? Answer: You can use 11X17 pages for schedules or larger graphics.
