About this file

This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) for the procurement of up to 46 tons of 20(N)-5(P)-15(K)-7(S) fertilizer to be delivered in bulk bins with power augers to the Jewell Meadows Wildlife Area in Clatsop County, Oregon. The fertilizer must be delivered between October 6 and October 31, 2023, with a minimum of 3 days' notice, and the vendor must be able to leave the bulk bins on-site for up to 72 hours for offloading. ODFW will consider alternate bids for products that meet or exceed the specified fertilizer. Responses to this RFQ are due by October 17, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. via email to ODFW.Bids@ODFW.oregon.gov.

The RFQ requires vendors to provide unit pricing and a total cost for the fertilizer, including all delivery and related costs. Vendors must hold their pricing firm for 30 days. ODFW will determine, in its sole discretion, whether a product offered is "equal" to the specified brand. The RFQ also includes information about the Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity (COBID) certification and encourages vendors to visit the Oregon4biz.com website for assistance in growing their business in Oregon.
