About this file
This is an addendum to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) issued by Harmony Public Schools (HPS), a Texas public charter school system, for roof consulting and inspection services across its campuses throughout the State of Texas. The addendum modifies the original RFQ for Annual Roof Inspection and Professional Independent Roofing Consulting Services. The document establishes the qualifications, experience requirements, and submittal procedures that interested roof consulting service firms must meet to be considered for this contract opportunity. Specific details regarding response deadlines, site visit requirements, bidder conference information, contract term, and renewal options should be referenced in the original RFQ and any accompanying solicitation documents, as the addendum typically addresses clarifications or modifications to those previously stated requirements.
The addendum likely contains important modifications to pricing terms, evaluation criteria, or other submission requirements outlined in the original RFQ. Prospective bidders should carefully review this addendum in conjunction with the base RFQ document to ensure full compliance with all current requirements. Any changes to deadlines, scope of work, qualifications, or evaluation methodology specified in this addendum supersede conflicting language in the original solicitation. Interested firms should confirm receipt of this addendum and verify that they possess the necessary experience, insurance, and qualifications to provide comprehensive annual roof inspection and consulting services for a multi-campus charter school system operating throughout Texas.
