About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the U.S. Army Contracting Command-Redstone in support of the U.S. Army Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment Activity (USATA). The RFI seeks market research to identify potential sources for two Primary Standard Liquid Flow Calibrators to replace an older, inoperable calibrator. The required calibrators must have a maximum measurement capability of 60 GPM, utilize CFlow+ software, provide temperature control, operate manually and automatically, and have an uncertainty of 0.05% or better at k=2.
Interested parties are requested to respond by July 3, 2025, with specific information including company name, business size, socio-economic status, point of contact details, Cage Code, Unique Entity Identifier, and a capabilities statement. The equipment will be delivered to APSL at Building 5435, Fowler Road Redstone Arsenal. No phone calls will be accepted, and responses should be submitted via email to Shalanda R. McMurry (Contracting Officer) and Taylor C. Siskoff (Contract Specialist). The set-aside status is currently to be determined (TBD), and this RFI does not guarantee a future solicitation or contract.
