The equipment will be delivered to the Army Primary Standards Laboratory (APSL) at Building 5435 Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama 35898.

The required laboratory equipment includes four single mode fiber laser sources (4FC808), four power cords (USA), four SM1 FC narrow key fiber adapters, two 4-inch integrating spheres for light measurement (4P3), two 2-inch aperture ports with SM2 inner thread (4P12), two SM2 series ring-activated iris diaphragms (SM2D25D), two graduated ring-activated zero aperture iris diaphragms (SM1D12CZ), and six SM variable attenuators at 780 nanometers with 50 dB and FC/PC inline connections (VOA780-FC). The response deadline is 16 July 2026.
