Subject: Request for Information No. 7200AA25RFI00005 - LAC Bureau Institutional Support Contract (ISC) 2
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Bureau for Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), is conducting market research to identify qualified and capable businesses to support an anticipated Institutional Support, or staffing (ISC) services contract supporting program and technical functions within the Bureau. This RFI seeks industry feedback and insight regarding potential approaches, capabilities, and solutions. In addition, the Government would like to obtain industry responses on innovative solutions, operational strategies, and insights regarding the implementation of ISC services (or similar) on a local, regional and global scale.

The Government may use the responses to this RFI for information and planning purposes and may select a contracting vehicle or method other than those identified. The Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached describes only the possible anticipated tasks for services and may be reduced or expanded in the final Request for Quotation (RFQ).

This notice is not considered a solicitation, an offer, or a commitment to issue a solicitation or contract directly from this notice or in the future. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparing or submitting responses to this notice.
Proprietary information should be clearly marked and will be handled accordingly. The Government reserves the right to use non-proprietary information in its future development of the solicitation and acquisition strategy.
The anticipated period of performance is up to 5 years. The geographic area for the possible work is in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and the Latin American and Caribbean region.
