MEMORANDUM FOR INTERESTED VENDORS

SUBJECT: Request for Information (RFI) General Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) Learning Curriculum

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY.

This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the Air Force is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondents are advised that the U.S.

Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. It is the responsibility of the potential Offerors to monitor these sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement.

1. Background: The Business and Enterprise Systems (BES) Directorate (AFLCMC/GB) is pursuing a General Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) Learning Curriculum for the DoD workforce. This is driven by our need to better support the DoD workforce by effectively delivering continuously updating applications, information and training.

2. Objective: To provide the DoD workforce with necessary knowledge and understanding of General Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) and developing a General Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) Learning Curriculum that is simple to understand and to engender excitement, curiosity, and desire for experimentation.

3. Response: To better assist the government in forming a clear path forward, recommend the following information be included in your company’s response:

a. Primary point of contact to include POC’s name, e-mail address, and telephone number.

b. Business Size: Large or Small.

c. If a Small Business which category: Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business

(SDVOSB); Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB); and/or Women-Owned Small Business

(WOSB).

d. NAICS Code(s) applicable to your their company.

e. Current contracts, contract vehicles or schedules available to the BES to reach your company.

f. A summary of relevant and recent experience in providing research products to customer of similar size and scope of the BES Directorate.

g. A rough order of magnitude pricing to include what is included in the basic price and those aspects which are offered at an additional cost.

h. Any additional information your company believes should be considered while forming possible course of actions.

4. Submission Instructions: Please provide responses no later than 5:00 PM, Central Standard Time, Thursday, 20 February 2025. Please submit responses electronically, via email to Ms. Amber L.
