Please see Attachment 1- Statement of Work for full list of specifications.
Background:
The 48th Fighter Wing (FW) Command Post (CP) operations serve as the focal point for Command and Control for commanders during routine operations, emergencies, contingencies, and increased readiness.
Command post achieves this function by fulfilling 24/7 Command and Control operations, including the receipt and dissemination of orders and information flow. To accomplish this mission the 48 Fighter Wing Command Post (48FW/CP) require a reliable, efficient communication console that complies with requirements outlined in DoDI 8100.04, DoD Unified Capabilities and AFMAN 10-207, Command Post Operations. The 48 FW/CP currently uses a Unify console for command post telephone and radio communications. The current configuration has a total of three controller positions. All controller positions connect to the HiPath 4000 host server located in Room 15, Building 1084. This Statement of Work (SOW) describes the hardware refresh, software upgrade and the Unify OpenScape C2 dispatch system requirements for the 48 FW/CP.
