About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) questionnaire from the EPA seeking information from contractors about their capabilities to provide water and wastewater technical assistance services to the Commonwealth Utilities Corporation (CUC). The questionnaire contains 12 questions focused on assessing potential contractors' capabilities and experience in areas including: water/wastewater utility management, project management with government entities, experience working in Pacific Island territories, drinking water and wastewater operations, technical assistance to disadvantaged communities, utility planning and compliance, and preventative maintenance.
The questions also aim to determine if contractors have reviewed the Draft Requirements Document and can perform all required services, their need for subcontracting, and required lead time for contract performance. This RFI is part of pre-solicitation activities for opportunity #68HE0925R0004, with responses due by January 3, 2025 at 1500 Pacific Standard Time. The eventual contract will require full-time, on-island operational support for CUC's drinking water and wastewater operations and maintenance.
