REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.

Department of the Navy, Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division, Contracts Department

Requirement Description The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division is hereby issuing a Request for Information (RFI) from all potential sources to provide information regarding a commercial, modified commercial, or non-commercial product/service solution(s) to the below specifications:

Vendors are requested to provide brochures, literature and/or information on their supply/service.

Vendors are further required to provide the following information:

a.) Company name, address, phone number, primary contact(s), email address, ALL applicable NAICS code(s), business size (i.e., small/large), company's socioeconomics (i.e., woman-owned, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, HUBZone, 8(a), etc.) and DUNS Number.

b.) Current products that are capable of meeting or that can be modified to meet the requirements below.

c.) Typical delivery and/or installation time frames.

d.) Rough-Order-Magnitude (ROM)/Cost Estimate (for budgetary purposes only).

e.) Typical capabilities included.

f.) Available Options, if any, with pricing information.

g.) Equipment origin or place of manufacture.

h.) User(s) location and representative that agency may contact to discuss the product(s).

i.) Warranty information.

j.) Any other information needed/provided from Customer.

Requirement Description The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division is hereby issuing a Request for Information (RFI) from all potential sources to provide information regarding a commercial, modified commercial or non-commercial product/service solution(s) to the following specifications:

Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC) at Twentynine Palms, CA has an immediate requirement to remove four (4) existing 2-story ballistic concrete shoothouses and stage the individual panels in an organized manner, according to the government furnished material (GFM). Listed below are the locations of the four (4) structures:

Range 111 Lane 4 Structure Range 111 Lane 6 Structure Range 205 Structure C1 Range 210 Structure 23

The Scope of Work for includes the following:

1) Demolish the existing aforementioned shoothouses with a mobile, rough-terrain crane.

2) Stage and arrange the concrete blocks according to the GFM with a mobile, rough-terrain crane.

a. Each individual concrete wall panel has two (2) pick points at the top of the block, which shall be the preferred method of rigging all panels.

b. Each individual concrete floorplank has four (4) pick points.

c. The concrete blocks shall be lifted and dropped via eye-bolt method.

d. Typical block dimensions are the following:

Height: 8 feet Width: 2 - 3 feet Depth: 2.5 feet

e. The weight of each concrete block ranges from 6,000 - 8,000lbs.

f. The weight of each floorplank ranges from 8,000 - 10,000lbs.

g. The approximate number of concrete blocks per range is the following:

Range 111

1. Lane 4 - 90 Blocks

2. Lane 6 - 110 Blocks

Range 210 - Structure 23 - 180 Blocks Range 205 - Structure C1- 100 Blocks
