Responses must include program overviews, standards alignment documentation, instructional approach descriptions, student support and accessibility features, assessment resources, teacher resources and professional learning offerings, and current budgetary pricing across licensing models. Suppliers must provide digital trial access credentials valid through December 10, 2026, and may optionally submit sample physical materials to the ACPS Textbook Warehouse. Pricing information is requested for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute an offer or commitment. All responding vendors must provide Virginia State Corporation Commission identification numbers and complete debarment certifications. ACPS reserves the right to request additional information during review and to utilize any submitted information in its best interest without obligation or liability. Participation in this RFI does not guarantee preference in any future procurement, and ACPS is under no obligation to issue a subsequent competitive solicitation or notify RFI respondents of future opportunities.
