About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Department of Justice's (DOJ) Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) for Record of Proceeding (ROP) and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Copying Services. The purpose of the RFI is to gather information from potential sources to determine their ability to provide the full scope of copying and scanning services required, as outlined in the draft Statement of Work (SOW).

The RFI requests responses to several questions, including the vendor's capacity and experience, existing contract vehicles, ability to provide continuous operations between two locations, experience with legal filings, and experience in producing and sustaining high volumes of scanned records with short turnaround times. Vendors are also asked if they can perform the full scope of work or if they would need to partner with other firms. Interested businesses are requested to provide a capability statement addressing their ability and experience to perform the required tasks, not exceeding five pages. The responses are due by April 10, 2024, and will be used to assist DOJ in developing a subsequent potential solicitation for the ROP and FOIA Copying Services requirement.
