SILVUS RADIO REPAIRS

Requirements Document

For

704th Test Group/746th Test Squadron

17 April 2025

1.0 PURPOSE

The 704th Test Group (704 TG) mission is to be the premier provider of unique test and evaluation capabilities relevant to tomorrow’s warfighter through world-class people improving technical excellence, cost-effectiveness, and agility. The 746th Test Squadron (746 TS) is assigned to the 704 TG. The 746 TS conducts Global Positioning System (GPS) denial and Inertial Navigation System testing. The 746 TS requires Silvus Technologies, Inc. radios to effectively and efficiently remotely control systems to conduct testing operations.

The 746th Test Squadron (746 TS) requires the repair of three (3) Silvus radios by replacing internal components and getting the radios to the original configuration by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The radios sustain two permanent base stations needed to establish an effective radio network, impacting up to 80% of the squadron's test capabilities.

2.0 SCOPE

The contractor shall repair 3 currently inoperable Silvus Technologies Inc. radios by replacing the following components listed below and returning the radios back to original specifications.

3.0 MILESTONES

The contractor shall complete the repair of the three (3) Silvus Technologies Inc. radios no later than 35 days ARO.

4.0 DELIVERABLES

The contractor shall deliver all hardware and documentation to 704 TSS/XPL, Attn: Mr.

Matthew Godman (575-572-7269) at 1644 Vandergrift Road, Building 1261, Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico 88330.
