This document is a Scope of Work for the replacement of an overhead garage door curtain at the MSST Honolulu Boat House located at 400 Sand Island Parkway in Honolulu, Hawaii. The project requires a contractor to remove the existing damaged overhead garage door curtain and mounting guides from the middle bay on the north side of the storage facility, and install a new curtain with all necessary hardware. Key requirements include submitting a list of all on-site personnel for security clearance, maintaining photo identification, using available toilet facilities and utilities (water and 120V electricity), and coordinating with the Project Manager, DCCS John Peter Treme. The contractor must ensure proper installation, test the garage door opener and door functionality, and clean up the work area upon completion. The project emphasizes safety, facility continuity, and strict adherence to security protocols typical of a Coast Guard facility.
