About this file
This document contains an updated relevancy matrix and notification of intent for IT enterprise engineering, operations, and hosting services. The relevancy matrix provides criteria for evaluating the relevance of offerors' past performance on technical scope elements, complexity factors including operational environment, number of users supported and security level, and contract value. The notification of intent indicates the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division plans to release solicitation N0042124R0009 for IT enterprise engineering, operations, and hosting support services. It requests feedback on the updated relevancy matrix by January 30th, 2023 and describes the information as draft and non-binding until final solicitation release. The services sought include areas like on-premise and cloud hosting, IT infrastructure support, security compliance, and configuration management.

(2), AND an IT System Security Level of Top Secret (3.c).
For the Technical Scope Element, a Contract Reference can submit for any combination of the below 10 Scope Elements; the below elements are not ranked in order of importance.
