Associates become a valued extension of their operations.

RelaDyne’s success and reputation for dependability is built upon three foundational pillars of strength and differentiation:

• Unparalleled lubricant industry knowledge, resources and expertise prepared to augment or outsource your lubrication and equipment reliability needs

• “Best-in-class” sales, distribution and responsive customer service combined with industry leading breadth and depth of product offerings

• The entrepreneurial ingenuity to solve customer equipment reliability business challenges through the innovative design of cost-effective solutions that are product agnostic.

In December of 2020, RelaDyne acquired New West Oil Company who currently distributes products across the entire State of Arizona and the Southern Nevada, Las

Vegas territory as well.

New West Oil Company (“New West”) was founded in 2011 by four industry veterans – with a mission to provide customers with exceptional service and quality products at fair prices and a belief that ‘Relationships Matter.’ By 2013, New West had expanded its services division (New West Environmental) to handle used oil, used coolant, used oil filter pickup, and vacuum services. For the next few years, New West continued to expand, becoming one of Valvoline’s largest distributors in the country.

“New West Oil has prospered remarkably over the past 9 years and has grown to a company of over 100 employees. This is an incredible milestone for any business and is a testament to the outstanding team we have assembled,” said Tim Genrich, CEO of New West Oil Company. “To have the ability to meet our growth goals, we decided to partner with RelaDyne who will provide us and our loyal customers with access to many more products and services that we could never have acquired alone. We are not selling out, we are buying in, and this ownership change will assure the future of New West Oil
