About this file
This document represents a solicitation and proposal (Solicitation No. BPM004794) from RelaDyne West LLC to the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) for a state and local contract indefinite delivery vehicle covering vehicle lubricant products. The solicitation involves a statewide contract for multiple Arizona counties, with RelaDyne proposing to provide lubricant products across different geographic regions including Maricopa, Pinal, Yavapai, and Coconino counties.
The contract covers five primary product categories: motor oils, transmission fluids, gear lubricants, hydraulic fluids, and greases. RelaDyne has proposed specific pricing schedules with percentage discounts for each category, including options for synthetic and conventional products. The pricing structure includes fixed minimum discounts off published price lists, with detailed pricing for different product types and counties. The contract includes four potential renewal periods with maximum price increase percentages of 18%, 36%, 54%, and 72% respectively, calculated against the original contract price. The estimated quantities and extended pricing are provided for various lubricant types across northern, central, and southern Arizona regions, suggesting a comprehensive statewide service offering.

Improve Profitability through Equipment Reliability
New Oil is Not Clean Oil… The journey from blend plant to your facility presents many opportunities for new lubricants to pick up contamination. As oil is transferred, it can pick up contaminants too small to see with the naked eye. Without proper handling and filtering procedures, every transfer of oil typically DOUBLES the amount of contaminants in the oil.
