Office of Personnel Management
About this file
This Limited Source Justification document from the Office of Personnel Management requests Microsoft software products including an Enterprise License Agreement and technical support. The agency requires the software to maintain a continued high rate of software availability across its IT infrastructure as it migrates systems to Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Dynamics clouds. The justification cites that only Microsoft is capable of providing the proprietary software, support, and updates at the necessary quality level. The contracting officer will conduct a request for quotation among Microsoft's authorized resellers and evaluate pricing against an independent cost estimate to ensure best value. The period of performance for the firm-fixed price contract is three years beginning March 2024.
