SCEPTRE SOFTWARE
STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)
1.0 BACKGROUND
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division, Dam Neck Activity (NSWCDD DNA) currently uses 3dB Labs SCEPTRE Software for control of software-defined radios (SDR) and signal analysis. The NSWCDD DNA required additional software licensees, along with annual support and on-site SCEPTRE software operational training upon installation of this specific software on US platforms.
2.0 APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS

| 3.2 | The vendor shall provide a three (3) day onsite SCEPTRE software training covering the following: |
| 3.2.1 | Installation of the required software; and |
| 3.2.2 | Configuration of an in-depth use of the SCEPTRE software features to include the following: |
| 3.2.2.1 | Introduction to wide band digital signal processing as well as engineering terms associated with both software and hardware. |
| 3.2.2.2 | Introduction to Sceptre wideband spectral awareness tool. |
| 3.2.2.3 | Plugins and scenarios based around capabilities such as IQ recordings, signal classification, demodulations, archiving/ de-archiving, mapping, and automated signal selection. |
| 3.3 | The vendor shall supply all labor and training materials in order to train up to eight (8) personnel. |
| 3.4 | The vendor shall coordinate with the technical point of contact (TPOC) identified below to schedule the training and support. |
