About this file

This document is a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) for a Realty and Land Acquisition Services Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The QASP outlines the government's method for performing quality assurance activities for task orders under the contract. The plan focuses specifically on Project Management Support, with four key surveillance areas: (1) contractor's capacity and expertise to fulfill task orders, (2) project managers' awareness of task order interactions, (3) personnel qualifications, and (4) contractor's project management techniques. The surveillance will be conducted by the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) through direct observation in the office for each task order request. Specific details such as contract number, contractor, and contracting officer are currently marked as "To Be Determined" (TBD).
