About this file
This is a Statement of Work for Raymarine Overhaul Services with a period of performance of 3 months upon award. The contracting activity is the U.S. Coast Guard, with GEODESICX, INC. serving as the contractor point of contact. The contractor's cage code is 3VYF2 and UEI is K67DTTG9L6S5.
The contractor shall inspect, repair as required, and overhaul Raymarine items identified in contract line item numbers (CLINs) to restore them to serviceable condition consistent with original operating and performance characteristics. Following receipt inspection, the contractor must submit an estimate to the Coast Guard Contracting Officer or designated Technical Representative that includes the National Stock Number, serial number, part number, identification of all required replacement parts with unit prices, labor rate, estimated labor hours, and total estimated price. All overhaul work must comply with original equipment manufacturer Raymarine specifications and standards using Raymarine-approved procedures, parts, and technical data. Upon completion, the contractor shall perform all standard production tests and inspections to verify proper operation and maximum design performance, providing written certification of successful completion. Overhauled items are processed as system stock items for inventory return, not for immediate installation. Final government acceptance occurs at destination by an authorized government representative and is contingent upon verification of no transit damage, correct and complete order fulfillment, and contractor compliance with all preservation, packaging, packing, and marking requirements. Each item must be individually preserved and packaged in its own container with internal packing materials preventing movement. Containers shall be clearly marked with item name, NSN, part number, serial number, government order number, date of repair, condition code A (or condition code H if beyond economical repair), and unit of issue designation.
