About this file

This document is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) that establishes the requirements for radar data feed from the NATS Cromer and Claxby Radars, and use of that data to provide air traffic control (ATC) services to the 48th Fighter Wing at RAF Lakenheath and Aviano Air Base. The PWS requires the contractor to install, commission, and provide a continuous radar data feed to increase the air picture available to Lakenheath's ATC from 60 NM to 100 NM, including the 323 Military Training Area. The contractor must also provide 24/7 customer support and maintenance for the radar feeds. The contract has a one-year base period from October 2024 to September 2025, with four one-year option periods. The government will evaluate the contractor's performance using a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan. All contractor personnel must undergo security vetting and obtain the necessary base access credentials.
