About this file

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the General Services Administration (GSA) on behalf of Cisco Systems for the procurement of network switching equipment.

The solicitation seeks quotations for three line items: one Cisco Catalyst 9300-48P-E switch (48-port, PoE+), five Cisco Catalyst 9300-24P-A switches (24-port, PoE+), and five Cisco Catalyst 9300 4x1GE Network Modules. Delivery is required to Vista, California with ultimate consignee in Okinawa, Japan, with a requested Delivery as Recently as Possible (DARO) of 8 days. The RFQ specifies an all-or-none award structure and is set aside exclusively for Small Business concerns under FAR 19.201 (GSA Class Deviation RFO-2025-19), with the NAICS code 334419 (Other Electronic Component Manufacturing) and a size standard of 750 employees or less. Quotations must be submitted via email by the closing date and vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award. Terms require FOB Destination CONUS delivery, and vendors must be capable of accepting purchase orders through either GSA's Order Management Services (OMS) Vendor Portal or Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). The basis of award is Low Price, with DARO serving as a tie-breaker. All offered products must meet or exceed the salient characteristics, including 1G/10G/40G modular uplink options, compatibility with IOS XE software and Cisco DNA Center, and availability under the DoD Global Enterprise Modernization Software & Services (GEMSS) contract.
