Bid Schedule
Craig Pond Road and Don Fish Trail Rehabilitation
Craig Brook National Fish Hatchery
East Orland, ME 04431
Please refer the Craig Pond Road and Don Fish Trail Rehabilitation Scope of Work for a more comprehensive description of the work. Bid must be itemized to allow for cost comparison and include the following breakdown. Please provide a short narrative description of the proposed road, culvert, and ditching work and the unit and total costs for the following bid items.

Craig Pond Road (Base Bid Item 1)
Grade, reshape and compact existing road base
Add 6” of compacted 1 ½” minus gravel with 7-12% fines, grade, shape, and compact to provide proper drainage
Clean & cut ditches (max 1,000 linear feet)
Clean existing three (3) culverts
Craig Pond Road Handicap Parking Area (Base Bid Item 2)
Grade, shape, and compact existing road base
Add 6” of compacted 1 ½” minus gravel with 7-12%
Don Fish Trail (Additive Bid Item 1)
Add 6” of compacted 1 ½” minus gravel with 7-12%
Cost of increasing the depth of surface material per inch
Craig Pond Visitor Parking Area (Additive Bid Item 2)
Add 6” of compacted 1 ½” minus gravel, grade, shape, and compact to provide proper drainage
Craig Pond Culvert Replacement (As Needed)
Culvert replacement, 18” x 20’ (maximum of 3 culverts). Cost should be offset to reflect cost of cleaning, as priced above, since if a culvert is replaced then would not have been cleaned.
