16. Demo. We would provide demo and removal of the existing finishes of the space performing . How would the logistics be for the dumpster we would need storage on site and would be removed as needed for a new one to come in. After demo is complete, we would still need some sort of dumpster on site to throw daily trash out. Would the hospital be able to compensate this need? General demolition, removal and disposal of existing finishes are included in the requirements of the contract and the costs and logistics are the responsibility of the flooring contractor, refer to line item XXX. Extensive demolition and/or subfloor repair, refer to line item XXX.
17. The demo items on the unit item cost sheet the square footage does not add up to what is to be installed. Are we to assume demo. Throughout all new finishes? What I will do is provide a sqft. Extensive demolition and/or subfloor repair, refer to line item XXX.

We have some idea of scheduling which I’ll list below based on 15,000 sqft. To be handed over. We can adjust this down if needed its preferred to have more for a production standpoint. This will get the area turned back over and allow for the hospital to move back in. The spaces will be phased, isolated and protected per required infection control and life-safety regulations and the needs of the clinical or administrative areas where flooring will be replaced. The areas to be installed will be determined and prioritized after award, with the expectation that the contractor will also be able and available for emergency flooring repair and replacement.
