About this file

This document is an Addendum 1 for the Adelante Connect Grant at Colorado State University (CSU) Pueblo, containing detailed questions and responses regarding a technical consultant Request for Proposal (RFP) for internet access and digital navigation services. The project involves developing live-time dashboards, creating learning modules, managing digital navigation platforms, and providing IT support. The contract timeline extends to January 31, 2026, with an additional 120 days allowed for final government reporting. The scope of work includes integrating API platforms, creating dashboards, tracking technology distribution, managing social media platforms, and developing fifty 1-3 minute learning modules in both English and Spanish.

The project will utilize Monday.com as the primary data tracking and dashboard platform, with data primarily collected from CSU Pueblo's Adelante Connect Program across multiple sites including CSU Pueblo, 4 community anchor sites, and 8 partnership sites. The IT support will be predominantly remote (95%), responding to inquiries within 48 business hours and supporting 6 staff members. The learning modules are being developed through contracts with Piganelli and Associates and SE2, with 20 modules already completed and the remaining 30 to be developed monthly. Compliance with FERPA and HIPAA regulations is required, and the project will focus on tracking various data points including community communication, customer satisfaction, events, and technology distribution.
